This is one of my latest favorite dishes, Noodles in so many ways. Especially the Japanese noodles! Definetly try Wagamama if you can.
Noodles are similar to pasta although noodles are 'always' strings of pasta, for me at least. The preparation is usually asian like in soups or stirfries. There are many kinds of noodles Mie, Soba, Udon, Rice or thin like angelhair and the kind used in Pad Thai (in Dutch Mihoen).
Some of the recipes below are made up, tasted, tested and tried by me. One of my favorites is Marco's Indredible Noodles. Very tasty Japanse style noodles.
