Ingredients

1 package of egg noodles
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp chopped cilantro/coriander
3 tbsp peanutbutter
1/3 cup ketjap asin (indonesian soy)
5 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp ricewine
1 tsp spicy chili oil
1 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation

Prepare noodles according to package.

Make a paste of the rest of the ingredients in blender or something, then heat up over low heat. Mix wel with noodles.

Serving suggestions:

- add some marinated beef-, pork- or chickenbreast strips
- add some steamed veggies
