What to tell about chicken or poultry for that matter. I use it mostly when cooking asian food, stir fries and stuff, but I also love to use it on sandwiches. One of the best things to use it for is roasting! A roasted one that has enough taste, is not dry and has a nice tasty skin! That with nice fresh french bread, hmmmmm so tasty! When we were in Hungary several years ago we stopped at a tiny shop to have in lunch, it was in Budapest. They had fresh roasted chickens, sold per quarter and roasted pieces of pork. It was so good!!! You just got chicken or pork with some rolls. Maybe not the healthiest of food, but so yummy! In a restaurant I won't order it easily cause its so messy but for lunch or something or to take home, I'll definetely will order it! Well I guess I'll have to go to Budapest again, nice little chicken, piece of pork...... I'm out of here ;-)
