Recipe for a Philly cheesesteak, complimented with tomatosauce. Use the best and most thinly sliced beef.

Ingredients
2 rolls
4 tbsp
a little over 1/2 pnd thinly sliced beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, halved in rings
1 bell pepper, in strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup tomatosauce, warmed (
homemade or bottled)
1 mozzarella, sliced
Preparation
Heat oil in non stick pan and pan fry rolls until golden on the inside. If needed add more oil.
Saute beef with garlic and some salt and pepper en shred a little. Take out and keep warm, then saute onion and bell pepper.
Build the sandwich on bottom roll half the meat, then half the onion, bell pepper mixture, some tomatosauce, cheese (if you like put under grill to melt cheese).
If you like add some more condiments like pickle, spicy peppers, etc.
