Ingredients
1 tbsp oliveoil
2 lemons, juiced
1 tsp gr. cumin
1/4 tsp gr. cinnemon
pinch gr. clove
1 tsp harissa
1 small onion, chopped very finely
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well and marinate your preferred meat or fish for a few hours.
