Ingredients
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup fresh oregano
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup sundried tomato paste (sundried tomatos with oil blended to paste)
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/4 cup olive oil (garlic scented if you have)
Preparation
Puree all ingredients (except oil) in blender then slowly add oil until desired thickness.
Serve on a salad but also great as a dip.
