Recipe for Pesto butter, great with grilled fish or meat.

4 oz. unsalted, soft butter
2 tbsp pesto
2 tsp freshly chopped basil
2 tbsp finely grated parmesan
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Mix butter with all ingredients, wrap in cling film and make a roll out of this. Let cool in fridge.

Slice a piece of roll and place on hot food.
