Ingredients

2 tomatos, seeded and skinned
5 shallots, chopped
5 chilis
9 birdseye chilis
2 tbsp oil
3 tsp trassi (shrimppaste)
1 tsp salt

Preparation

Pound tomato, chilis to a paste.

Heat oil and saute this paste with the trassi for about 5 minutes, bring to taste with salt and maybe some sugar.
