Ingredients
7 shallots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 chilis, chopped
15 birdseye chilis, chopped
5 kemirinuts
1 tomato, seeded and skinned
2 tsp trassi (shrimppaste)
1 tsp tamarinde
5 tbsp oil
Preparation
To make it less spicy take out seeds of chilis.
Saute first 7 ingredients in oil until softenend. Put in mortar and rub to a paste. Add salt and tamarinde to taste.
