Ingredients

3/4 cup good oliveoil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsl lemonjuice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1/4 tsp dille, chopped
1 tsp salt
some freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and leave overnight. Use in a fresh salad.
