Ingredients
1 tbsp soysauce
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
4 tsp grated ginger
1/2 cup of chickenstock
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well and use as marinade. To use as sauce heat sauce and reduce slightly.
Serve with grilled chicken, salmon or beef.
Sprinkle with sesameseeds and/or shishimi togarashi.
