Ingredients
1 eggyolk
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp soy
2 tbsp mirin (sweet wine)
1/3 cup beef stock, non fat
Preparation
Mix yolk, vinegar and half the oil in a blender and blend until thickening. When it thickens add the rest of the oil, mix well.
Put in bowl and mix with sour cream, soy, mirin and stock.
