Ingredients

4 tbsp red miso
1/2-1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp ground sesameseeds or tahin

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and add some soy to taste.

Serve as a dip or as a salad dressing or as a dressing for soba noodles.
