5 tsp sake
2 springonions minced
3 tbsp lemonjuice
1/2 tsp Shishimi togarashi
3 tbsp soysauce
Preparation
Heat sake until alcohol has evaporated the mix with other ingredients and let it cool.
Serve with Sashimi or Sushi.
