Ingredients
Green Curry Paste
10 green chilis (prik chee fa)
5 green birdseye chilis (prik khee noo)
25 gr. chopped cilantro root
8 cloves garlic
4 tbsp chopped sjalots
4 tbps chopped lemongrass
1 tsp laos/galangal powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp shrimppaste
Red Curry Paste
3 tbsp chopped onion
8 cloves garlic
10 dried chilis
4 thin slices galangal/laos
2 tbsp chopped lemongrass
1 tbsp chopped cilantro root
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp shrimppaste
1 tsp salt
3 tsp oil
Preparation
For each curry paste mix ingriedients well and pound to a pasta in a mortar or use blender or something.
Use in curry dishes and bring to taste when using in those recipes.
