Ingredients

1 drumstick
spicy paprika powder
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 pnd sourkraat
1/4 apple grated
1/4 cup stock
1 tomato sliced
1 bellpepper, in strips
salt and pepper

Preparation

Rub drumstick with paprika and saute with onion.

Mix sourkraut with apple, tomato, bellpepper and some pepper. Arrange in ovendish and pour in stock. On top put drumstick.

Cook in the oven for about 45 mins at 200C/400F.
