RECIPE CHICKEN KEBAB

A low fat variant of chicken kebabs, marinated in soy, sugar, garlic, etc.

Preparation

Chop 1 chickenbreast in bitesize pieces.

Prepare marinade with 1/2 onion, choppped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp soy, 1 tsp lemonjuice, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cilantro/coriander chopped and salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate chicken in this for about 7 hours.

Skewer chicken and bbq for about 10 minutes until done.
