Recipe for a few sushi suggestions, to make its not that difficult, just be patient, because its a lot of work and practice!!
- sushi rice
- fresh tuna, the best you can get, sliced for sushi nigiri or maki
- shishimi togarashi
- Spicy mayo
- strips avocado
- spring onion, chopped and/or sliced in strips
- nori sheets
Slice unagi in strips for maki, layer one sheet of nori with sushi rice, in the middle arange unagi and avocado. You can, for extra flavour, add some sesame oil, -seeds and teriyaki sauce. Then roll up and slice.
Slice tuna, salmon in strips for maki. Layer nori with rice and spread some wasabi, on top arange fish in the middle, sprinkle with some spring onion and roll up.
For variations you can add avocado or cucumber.
Spicy tuna Maki
Same as above but use some of your favorite hot sauce or use spicy mayo on this site.
Spicy Nigiri Tuna/Salmon
Prepare a nigiri cube, add some wasabi and layer fish on top. Rub fish with some sesame oil and sprinkle with shishimi togarashi and sesameseeds.
This on is SOOOO good!
