RECIPE PINCHOS MORUNOS

Recipe for the typical Spanish meat skewers with paprika, cumin and garlic.

Tapas dishes from Spain , suitable for on or with a bbq dish, for children or prepare with children.

Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • oil
  • 1 part white pepper
  • 4 parts ground cumin
  • 3 parts paprika (sweet)
  • salt to taste
  • A little fatty meat of your preference like lamb or pork.

Preparation

Mix spices with salt. Use as much as needed and mix with oil and meat. Leave to marinate for a few hours. Skewer meat and grill on bbq.

Serve with french bread.
