Ingredients

One bulb garlic
oliveoil
pepper and salt to taste

Preparation

Clean bulb and cut of top part, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast garlic for about 40 mins in hot oven 180C/360F in tinfoil of if you have it a garlic roaster.

Serve hot with bread and maybe some nice mustard or soft goats cheese.
