Ingredients

About 24 Gyoza wrappers or Wonton, just get round shaped wrappers

Filling
1/2 pnd pork mince, fried until brown
1/2 cup bok choy, chopped finely
1 spring onion, minced
4 tbsp grated ginger
2 water chestnuts, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil

3 tbsp oil for frying

Spicy dip
1 tsp chili oil
1 tbsp red rice vinegar
2 tbsp soysauce
if too strong add some water
1/4 cup of water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients for the filling.

To make Gyozas use about 1 tbsp of filling per wrapper, use some water on the edges and make half a circle, use a fork or something to press the edges together.

To prepare the Gyozas:
Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Press the gyozas in the hot oil so they're pretty flat on the bottom. Lower heat a little to get the bottom brown, then add water to steam the gyozas until done with a lid on the pan.

Serve with the dip.
