Ingredients
1 thick steak
ground black pepper
half a clove of garlic
1 tbsp sesameseeds
3 tbsp soysauce
1 tsp ricevinegar
1 tbsp limejuice
Preparation
Mix soy, vinegar and limejuice for the dressing. Maybe add a drop of sesameoil.
Rub steak with oil and saute on each side max. 1 minute. Take of heat and rub with garlic and cover with pepper and sesameseeds. Press well so everything stays put.
Slice thinly and cover with dressing.
Serve as a sidedish in a Japanese meal.
