Ingredients
5 asparagus
3 beaten eggs
a little butter
3 ounces smoked salmon
Preparation
Prepare asparagus until just done.
Lightly scramble eggs in butter until solid. You can add fresh herbs if you like.
Preheat plate. Layer asparagus on plate next to asparagus arrange eggs and thin slices of salmon.
Serve.
