Recipe for an oriental stew, seasoned with sweet soy and lime.

Ingredients
3 oz. beef, in strips
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 springonion, chopped
some oil
1 cup vegetable stock
noodles of your choice
3 tbsp sweet soy
1 tbsp each applevinegar, limejuice, cayenne
1 cup chinese cabbage, shredded
some lime zest
Preparation
Saute beef and mushrooms in oil for a few minutes until browned. Add stock and noodles with soy, vinegar, limejuice and cayenne. Let simmer until noodles are just about done, then add cabbage and warm through.
Just before serving sprinkle with zest.
