Ingredients

1 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp roasted pine nuts
2 ounces freshly grated parmesan
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 tbsp oliveoil

Preparation

Pound everything to a paste in a mortar and bring to taste with salt and pepper.
