Ingredients

1 cube butter
1 onion, chopped
1 head butter lettuce, chopped
1 pckge boursin
4 cups chickenstock, hot

Preparation

Use a microwave proof large bowl, 2,25 l. Put in butter and onion. Microwave for 2 minutes on high.

Add lettuce and nuke for another minute.

Add hot stock and add boursin. Nuke for 5 minutes and stir well to mix the cheese in stock.

Serve.
