Very good garlic steak recipe

Ingredients

1 steak of your preference, filet mignon is best!
2 cloves garlikc, minced
1/2 chili, minced
3 tbsp soy
salt/peper (shishimi togarashi)

1/4 cup rice, cooked
1/4 pnd stirfry vegetables
1 tbsp stock powder
dash sesameoil
dashi of mushroom soy
dash of water

Preparation

Saute garlic and chili in some oil for 10 seconds, take out of pan.

Stir fry vegetables in oil, 1/3 of garlic mixture, add sesameoil, stock powder, water and mushroom soy. Stir fry until just done.

Heat wok until smoking, sear steak and take out of pan to cube (this is not necessary, just for protection of pan). Add to wok again and stir fry for a few minutes until done to your liking. Lower heat and add soy, rest of garlic and maybe some sesam seeds. Take out and keep warm.

In same pan stir fry rice with veggies until heated through. Serve with steak on te side.
