Ingredients
1 can pintobeans, drained
1 small red onion, chopped
1-2 chilis, finely chopped
2 avocados, cubed
4 tbsp chopped koriander/cilantro
2 tbsp limejuice
6 tbsp extra virgin oliveoil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and leave for at least 10 mins to let the flavours mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
