Ingredients
1/4 cup good extra virgin oliveoil
2 ounces ansjovis, smashed and chopped
6-8 cloves garlic, chopped finely
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
salt to taste
1 pnd spaghetti, cooked al dente
Preparation
Heat oil on low heat, add ansjovis, garlic, chili and slowly heat until the ansjovis 'melts'.
Mix this oil with spaghetti and toss with parsley to mix. If you like add some more salt, seasalt.
Tip: panfry some large shrimp and add last minute to pasta.
