Ingredients
1/4 pnd porkfillet
pepper, salt to taste
1 1/2 tbsp oliveoil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1-2 sundried tomatoes (oiled)
1 tsp capers
Preparation
Saute pork until pink and keep warm, use salt and pepper to taste.
Combine oil and vinegar and bring to taste with salt and pepper. Chop tomatoes and add with capers to dressing.
Drizzle around meat and serve with home made fries and a green salad.
