Ingredients
1 chicken
5 onions
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp kecap (indonesian soy sauce)
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp worchestershiresauce
1 bottle tomatoe ketchup
1 tsp sambal ulek (indonesian chilly paste)
oil or butter
Preparation
Put the oil or butter in a pan, and fry the chicken. Clean and chop onions and garlic, fry with chicken 'till it's colored. When everything is well-cooked, add the other ingredients and heat it well. Accompanies fine with wild rice.
PS. If chilly paste is too spicy for your taste, just leave it out.
