Ingredients
2 onions, chopped
1 large green bellpepper, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz. butter
1 fish stock cube
2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 pnd crayfish, cleaned
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 bunch parsley
Preparation
Saute onion, garlic, celery and bell pepper in butter for about 5 minutes. Crumble fish stock over it and stir in pepper sauce. Simmer for about 25 minutes, if needed add some water.
Finally stir in lemonjuice, parsley and cray fish and heat through, last second sprinkle with green onion. Bring to taste with salt and pepper and hot sauce.
Serve with rice.
