Ingredients
1 pnd chickenbreast, sliced
1 onion, chopped finely
1 green bellpepper, sliced
1 red bellpepper, sliced
1 tomato, skinned and chopped
1 1/2 ounces butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup creme fraiche
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Melt butter in pan, add onion and peppers and saute for about 3 mins. Add chicken and keep stirring until it lightly browns. Add garlic, paprika, tomato and tomato puree. Leave to simmer for a few minutes, then add flour and creme fraiche and warm up.
Serve with rice.
