Ingredients
Dressing
1/3 cup of fat free mayo
1/3 cup of dijon mustard
1/3 cup of honey
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/8 tsp paprika
Salad
Your favorite mixed lettuce, for 2
3 ounces mozzarella (fat free), shredded
3 ounces cheddar (fat free), shredded
1 large tomato, cubed
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
Marinade chicken
1 cup water
3 tbsp limejuice
2 tbsp soysauce
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Cayun spice mixture
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onionpowder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 chickenbreasts
2 tbsp oil
Preparation
Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients together, keep refridgerated until use.
Mix marinade ingredients and marinate chicken for a couple of hours or overnight. Mix cayun spices and sprinkle over chicken. Prepare chicken on bbq for best result! Slice thinly.
Mix lettuce and other salad ingredients, layer with chicken slices and serve with dressing on the side and some bread.
