Ingredients
1 1/2 pd chicken thighs, fillet (or chicken breast)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger juice
2 tbsp sake (ricewine)
0,5 - 1 tbsp zou
1 tbsp sesame-oil
2 - 2,5 tbsp flour
1 clove garlic chopped
Preparation
Cut the chicken in little pieces. Mix the ginger juice, salt, soy sauce, sake and sesame-oil. Mix it well, then add the flour and again, mix it well. Add the chicken and let marinade for a while.
Heat up the oil, around 175C/360F and deep-fry the chicken well-done in 3-5 minutes. Let it drain well.
Tastes good with other japanese food in a so called bento-box
