Ingredients
1/2 pnd lean beef mince
1 1/2 cup spring onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cup chicken stock
4 tbsp soy
1 tsp chili paste (sambal)
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp spici chili oil
1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp water
1 1/2 cup cubed tofu
Preparation
Heat oil in wok and fry tofu until browned, then add soy and chilipaste. Mix wel. Take out pan and in same pan saute mince, drain fat if needed. Add spring onion and garlic and fry a minute.
Add stock, soy, chilisauce, flakes and 'oils'. Heat well and bring to simmer. Mix cold water with flour and add tbsp a time to thicken sauce. Then add tofu and heat through.
Serve with rice or noodles.
