Ingredients
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp green curry paste
1 pnd chicken breast, sliced
3 ounces bambooshoots
2 ounce chopped green/red chilis
4 tbsp coconutmilk
3 tbsp fishsauce
3 tbsp sugar
1 ounce thai basil
3 tbsp cream
Preparation
Heat pan and add oil and curry paste, fry for a minute, add chicken and fry until white. Add all ingredients except last 2 and fry on high heat for about 4 mins. Add more fishsauce to taste.
Finally stir in cream and basil.
Serve with rice.
