Ingredients
1 pnd chickenbreast, chopped very finely
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 thai sjalots, minced
2 tbsp sweet soy
1-2 tbsp fishsauce
some oil to stirfry
1 cup Holy Basil leaves (Bai Gka Prow)
2 kaffir lime leaves
2-3 chilis, chopped
5-10 birdseye chilis, crushed (or to taste)
snif of white pepper
Preparation
Heat oil in wok, add garlic and sjalot and fry for a few secs. Add chilis and lime leaves, then sweet soy and fishsauce. Finally stir in basil leaves and take of heat. Sprinkle with some white pepper. Serve with rice.
