Ingredients

2 tbsp dijonmustard
grated zest of half an orange
1/4 tsp cinnemon
1/4 tsp clove powder
3 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all well and rub meat with this about 10 minutes before the end.
