Ingredients
5 ounces scallops
5 ounces green asparagus
2 ounces mushrooms
1 clove garlic, crushed/chopped
1/4 red bell pepper
1/2 tbsp oystersauce
1 tsp chilipaste
1 tbsp soysauce
1 tsp sesameoil
Preparation
Cut up asparagus in 1 inch pieces, stir fry for a minute in a hot wok. Take out. Do the same with the scallops, just sear them. Take out.
Mix sesameoil, oystersauce, chilipaste and soy, heat and add garlic. Add vegetables and scallops and heat through.
Serve with steamed rice sprinkled with some finely sliced spring onions.
