Ingredients
4 large tomatos, quartered
4 tomatillos, chopped
2-3 chilis, chopped
2 springonions, chopped
1 bunch cilantro/coriander
1 tsp gr. cumin
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
Preparation
Chop everything up and mix well, with the lime juice it keeps well refridgerated.
Tips: add a few drops of liquid smoke, add some cooked shrimp.
Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or with raw veggies.
