RECIPE POTATOES WITH SAGE AND GARLIC

Ingredients

  • 2 pnds new potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 cup oliveoil
  • 4 large cloves garlic, mashed
  • 12 sage leaves
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Dry potatoes. Heat oil and fry for about 10 minutes until golden. Add garlic, sage and thyme and and on lower heat fry until done. Bring to taste with salt.
