Ingredients
1 pnd green beans
salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tbsp oliveoil
1 oz. breadcrumbs from rustic bread
Preparation
Blanch beans and leave to cool.
Saute garlic and parley for 1 minute. Add breadcrumbs and saute until crips, toss with green beans until warmed through.
