Ingredients

1 tsp oliveoil
1 pnd mince, seasoned with oregano, garlic, salt and pepper or get sausage mince from your butcher
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp oliveoil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 red bellpepper, in strips
1 cup chickenstock
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil

1/2 pnd pasta, prepared according to package
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
1/2 cup chopped parsley

Preparation

Shape mince to sausages. Heat oliveoil and saute sausages until browned, use water to cook sausages until done. Cool down sausages and slice sausages.

Heat oliveoil and saute onion and garlic, after a minute add wine and reduce until just about gone, add bell pepper, saute until soft, add stock and herbs, reduce to half.

Add sausage slices and cooked pasta and toss, sprinkle with parmesan and parsley and toss again.

Serve immediately.
