Ingredients
3 large potatoes
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Peal potatoes and cut in slices of about 3/4". Melt butter in ovendish and brush. Mix flour and cheese, salt, parsley and pepper in a plastic bag. Add potato slices and mix well so all slices are coated with the mixture.
Roast potatoes for about 30 mins, then turn and roast another 25 mins.
Serve piping hot!
