RECIPE JAPANESE STEAK WITH GARLIC

Recipe for the steak prepared Teppanyaki style in Japanese restaurants, this is soooo good!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • soysauce
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 steak, roomtemperature
  • some oil

Preparation

Saute garlic in oil on low heat until slightly colored. Take out of pan and heat some more oil on high heat.

Sear steak fast and take out of pan to slice (if the pan can take it do this in the pan!). Put back in pan and add garlic and salt and pepper. Lower heat and add soy to your liking, not too much.

Sprinkle with sesameseeds. Serve immediately with a nice dip.
