Ingredients

1/4 pnd beansprouts
5 spring onions, finely chopped
1 bellpepper, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed/chopped
2 eggs
2 tbsp sesameseeds
soysauce to taste
shishimi togarashi to taste (japanese pepper/chili mixture)
2 cups cooked rice, cooled down

Preparation

Heat up wok until smoking, then add oil. Add pepper, onion and garlic. Stir fry for a few seconds then add rice and stir another 2 mins.

Then make room foor egg and wait until its almost all fried, mix well. Add beansprouts and stir some more. Add soysauce to taste and sprinkle with sesameseeds and shishimi.

Serve with yakitori or some teriyaki.

Most important thing is to use cooled down rice!

Review This tastes exactly like Shogun's fried rice. If you have never used Shishimi...it is HOT, so go easy on it...I highly recommend this recipe, try using Jasmine rice.

Review Very nice recipe, simple, pure taste!

Most important is using cooled down cooked rice and a very very hot wok!
