Ingredients

2 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp grated garlic
3 tbsp oystersauce
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 cup chickenstock

Preparation

Heat wok until hot, add oil then add ginger and garlic, stir fry for a second or two, don't let it burn, then add oystersauce and stock and let simmer for a few minutes.

Use as a stirfry sauce, add last minute and warm through.

Review This recipe is very tasty indeed. I opted
for a little bit more ginger. I had this dish
often when I visited Yunan Province South
China last summer. I love the garlic stir
