Ingredients
4-6 birdseye chilis, minced
8 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp fishsauce
5 tbsp soy
2 tbsp oystersauce
1 tbsp blackbean sauce
4 tbsp sugar
3 cups water
3 tbsp peanut oil
1 ounce sweet basil
1 tbsp flour
Preparation
Heat oil in wok, stir fry garlic and chili for a few minutes, dont let it burn!! Then add rest of ingredients (except basil) and bring to simmer. Use flour to thicken sauce. Finally stir in basil.
Use as a stir fry sauce or dip.
