Ingredients

1 3/4 inch thick Steak

1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
Dried onions

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180c/375F.

Mix spices and rub meat with this. Heat pan or griddle to smoking hot. Rub meat with oil. Sear steak in pan until blackened. Put in oven until done to your liking, about 5 minutes.
